Owner, Founder
Francis Ali is a seasoned racquets coach, consultant, and mentor with decades of experience in the sport. As the founder of Power-Plus Sports, he has dedicated his career to developing athletes, guiding coaches, and strengthening tennis programs at every level.
Professional Experience
With a career spanning international and U.S.-based roles, Francis has coached collegiate players, directed racquets programs at prestigious clubs, and served as a consultant for high-performance programs. His leadership includes positions as Director of Tennis at Athletic Club Northeast and Smoke Rise Country Club, where he successfully developed programs that increased participation and revenue.

A former Davis Cup player for Fiji and Pacific Oceania, Francis also competed in collegiate tennis for Georgia Perimeter College. His competitive background fuels his passion for building champions on and off the court.

Francis believes that success in sports comes from a balance of power, strategy, and mental toughness. His coaching approach emphasizes skill development, strategic game play, and fostering a winning mindset. He is passionate about teaching players to perform with confidence, adapt to challenges, and play with purpose and integrity.
